Our Services

San Eugenio Mission , founded by Padre Roberto Callahan of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate [OMI] is one of the poorest and fastest growing areas in Tijuana. Over 225,000 people reside within the 11 "colonias" that are presently a part of the area.   Most residents have migrated from other parts of Mexico in search of a better life, only to find a very harsh reality. What they have found is work in assembly plants and factories that pay $50-$100  in weekly wages. - barely enough to support one person, let alone a family.
